Returns, Exchange & Refund
At Pavers England, we take pride in delivering premium quality footwear, handbags, and accessories. Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy below will guide you through the process.
Returns
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of order delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Used, damaged, or altered products will not be accepted for return.
- Customers must accept only sealed packages at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with or opened, please do not accept it and contact our customer support immediately.
- Products purchased under "Discounted Final Sale" are not eligible for cash refunds.
· Customers may request a size exchange for the same product, subject to availability.
· If the requested exchange size is unavailable, we will issue a Store Credit Voucher for the full invoiced value of the product. The voucher can be used on any future purchase.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of order delivery.
- Products can be exchanged only for a change in size or color in the same style, subject to availability.
- If the desired size or color is not available, or if you wish to exchange for a different style, a Credit Note / Gift Voucher will be issued for the value of the original order.
- The Credit Note / Gift Voucher will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance and can be redeemed only at www.paversengland.com.
Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned product in its original condition as mentioned above.
- Refunds will be made in the same mode as the original payment:
- Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking: Refund will be credited back to the original account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be made via bank transfer (customer will need to provide bank details).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned product.
- No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances.
- Please note: Pavers England is not responsible for delays in crediting refunds to the customer’s bank/credit card account, as this is managed by the issuing bank. In such cases, customers must follow up with their respective bank using the refund reference ID provided by us.
