Do you offer brand warranty on your products?

Yes, we offer 1 year default warranty on all our products. Note: The warranty is applicable on pasting and stitching only.

How do I place an order online?

Please make sure that you follow below steps:

  • Visit the official website of Paver England.
  • Select the product that you like.
  • Click on shop now and proceed to checkout.
How do I place a request for a product that is not in stock?

Simply click on your size and add your email address for in-stock notification. As soon as the product gets available, we will send you an email.

Would assistance be available if I need more information on a product?

Yes, we will assist you for all product related information. Simply email us on wecare@paversengland.com

What is your cancellation policy?

If the product is not processed, you can cancel the product at no charge. If the order is processed and you would like to cancel it, please write to us on wecare@paversengland.com. Note: Please mention your order ID in the subject line.

How do I track my order?

Please log into your store account and click on your AWB number against each line item/order to track.

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 03 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
