We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If the product you have ordered from us, is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, we will accept returns/exchange as follows:
All returns and exchanges are within 03 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Any returns/exchange must be unworn or unused and in their original condition and packaging, and you must have your receipt or delivery documents as proof of purchase. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a refund by the same method as you paid for prepaid order or via bank transfer if the mode of the payment was COD, or if you have opted for an exchange, your new order will be dispatched.
In case, the received product is damaged/defective or different from what you have ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange. Please contact customer support immediately, if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
In the event that you have a size issue with the pair received, or you do not like the pair, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, immediately from the date on which these goods are delivered. Post pickup, the exchange will be sent to your address within 3 working days unless specified in advance. We would like to bring to your notice that no refunds will be initiated for the sizing issue. The size exchange is possible within the same product. In case the required size is not available, you will be issued a credit/voucher note in the amount of the order/product returned. The credit/voucher note issued to you will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance. It can be redeemed only against purchases made at www.paversengland.com
Returns through Courier Collection
You may visit our return center or contact our Customer Support immediately after receiving the product and request a return/exchange (As per the policy mentioned above) We shall process the return/exchange subject to receipt of the products at our end in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/ exchange or refund may not be possible.
Refunds
We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made.
If the payment was by Credit Card /Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the respective card account or the Net-banking account
Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our warehouse
Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. No refund will be processed in cash form.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card/ debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be upon the customer to take it up with their respective credit card/ debit card bank with the refund process reference of Pavers England Limited.
Repair Policy
We would require 14 days for repair post receipt of the footwear. Service available only for repair concerning pasting and stitching. Not applicable for beads, sequins, and other embellishments. All product complaints about used products will be considered for repair only.
